To request information about the availability of the villa, contact us using the following form.
You can only rent the whole villa and not the individual rooms.

This service is available every day from 8.30 to 20.00.
Conditions and house rules
- The swimming pool is fo the exclusive use of our guests.
- It’s absolutely prohibited to use glasses and glass containers in and around the pool area.
- The owner has no liability whatsoever for accidents caused by guests themselves.
- The owner has unlimited access to the villa 24/7
- The staff (i.e. cleaning staff) will only access the villa for 2-3 hours each morning for services and cleaning.
- It’s absolutely prohibited to invite non hotel guests back to the villa.
- Please avoid making noise after 21.00 – this is a very quiet residential area.
- Evening parties are prohibit
- 30% non-refundable deposit s required at the time of booking.
- A bond of €1000 cash is required upon arrival to cover any damages. This is refundable upon departure following the inspection of the villa.
Guests are entitled to:
- Use the kitchen and the equipment
- Use of laundry
- Electricity and gas are included
- Air conditioning
- Free Wi-Fi and tv
- Daily cleaning of the rooms (guests may request the rooms not to be serviced)
- Staff assistance for any information regarding the villa, local area etc.
- Private parking is available nearby on request
- Any services outside those listed above will incur an extra charge.
