At
Villa Adriana, our goal is to offer our guests and visitors to
Sorrento the complete Italian experience including lessons in ‘La
Cucina Italiana’.
Your
hosts Valerio and Andrea use the best methods of home style Italian
cooking combined with recipes handed down by Valerio's mother
Adriana and grandmother who were restaurateurs in Sorrento during the
1970- 80s.
Our
lessons are designed to be as hands-on and interactive as possible. Learn
the art of making a traditional Napolitan pizza and have it cooked in
our very own traditional wood fired pizza oven for you to enjoy.
Alternatively, you can discover the skills of making your own fresh
pasta or gnocchi along with the secret to the perfect Tiramisu.

At the end of your lesson, you can enjoy your efforts at dinner in the villa complete with Italian wine or a beverage of your choice.
In summer, lessons are run from 6pm and finish after dinner at around 10pm. Price includes lesson with dinner, a souvenir Villa Adriana apron and recipe guide.
